Internacional (Marketwired, 23 de Agosto de 2013) The Fraser Institute will release a new study on Monday, August 26 that examines the state of competition in the Canadian wireless market and the federal government's rules for its upcoming auction of wireless spectrum.The study, Spectrum Auction Rules and Competition Policy: An Assessment, is written by Fraser Institute senior fellow Steven Globerman, an expert on trade and investment and former consultant to Industry Canada and the CRTC.

The report lays out several policy recommendations that would improve competition in the wireless market and benefit Canadian mobile phone users.
