The acquisition is expected to close within 90 days and will expand Kewill's existing leadership position in the Supply Chain Execution software market.
Four Soft develops and markets a portfolio of logistics solutions for logistics service providers, retailers and manufacturers. Four Soft has more than 400 customers, with in excess of 60,000 users across 120 countries.
